Do you consider a 3-year old who is obsessed with Daughtry to be something to brag about?

No kids of my own. However, I do rent a couple (my niece and nephew) for tax purposes.

I want to know...how many of you tried to say the alphabet backwards?!?!?!?!

Your 3 year old being obsessed with Daughtry is cute. My 38 year old niece, following him from city to city trying to break him up from his wife, not so cute.

my son will be 13 in a week. my daughter is 10. they have both overcome a slightly nutty maternal influence. =)

My son is amazing, he is eleven years old and intellectually gifted and so funny... when he was two years old he was cured in a medical first and then had months of blood thinners to take and contact blood tests.. poor thing was a pin cushion...

He does taekwondo but his best attribute is being a good friend.... I have stories but too long to type...

Tell me more.. love kids stories....

When my kids we about 4 and 8, I took them to Disney World. I gave them each $50 for souvenirs, and told them that was their limit, they would get no more. Late in teh day we are in one of the stores, and my son says dad, I need another 8 dollars. I said no, if he spent his limit, thats it. He looked sad but walked away. I wnt to him and asked what he needed the money for. He said he only had $15 left, and he didn't think his little sister got enough things frim the day. He had picked out a toy that was $22, for her. I almost cried, his generousity. We still have that mickey mouse car in the house today, almost 10 years later.

Im bumping this for the day-timers. I think these kids stories are a great pick me up:)

my daughter is at the end of treatment for breast cancer, she has the most wonderful attitude and is cancer free.
i have 3 sons that are loving caring and respectful, one gave me my first grandchild, his twin brother is in iraq for the third time, and my baby boy is working going to school and living life. i'm a very proud blessed mom.

My ten year old son who they told me would never speak (autism) told me all about the saber tooth tigers that he read about in a book that I bought him on Monday. He reads better than his cousin who is 11 and makes A/B's in school. Yeah.. He ROCKS! And loves his mommy! And tells me so everyday... Something else they told me he would never do. Man is he awesome!
