yesterday i had therapy. today i have a heavy heart. we were talking about the kids and I was telling her that even though im not over protective of them because i know that its selfish and does more harm than good, its extremely hard to not be that way. and she said "now think about it, is it at all possible that there is a correlation? no one was there to protect you and be there for you. is it possible that may be the reason why you feel the urge to be over protective?


it just made me reaally sad today. my inner child is in sever pain and idk what to do :-/

Sometimes it's hard for me to just get through the day...it actually makes me tired, physically...
