my STBX cheated with several we have been seperated since october, last night was happy dance day, divorce papers are signed, its been trying to deal with everything but signing those papers made me feel like a giant weight was lifted well at least one of them
I'm 6 years out and nowhere near papers signed! Lol
Now I've heard people sometimes get a bit sad at this time, the finality of it, do you feel any of that at this point.

people who cheat are such a trip. it is like they are not even people at all but some strange lesser form of human. and they have no idea of the damage that they do to those that love them.
but, be really careful moving forward from here. there are a lot of women out there who won't cheat but they will make a man pay dearly to get their affection.
My ex and I both went to court to handle our paperwork. It was surreal in a way. Walked in married, walked out divorced. :)
I think it was a good thing for us b/c we are still civil and coparenting. A few cases prior to us there was a couple who looked like they were about to kill one another. Judge almost excused them from the courtroom b/c they keep interrupting one another, etc.
Glad we are handling it like we are.
