It doesn't work that way. You can't seem to focus on yourself and that's what you need to be doing. She did what she wanted to do for herself. That's what you need to be doing now. Doesn't matter why she did it, its her life and her choice. You're codependent. There's a group here for that you may want to look in to.
She's thinking of herself right now.
Like I said, I think she's going to do an about face over the next few months if you don't talk to her.
Silence is deafening.
But I'm not a psychologist and Lord knows I am dealing with my own demons from being with someone who said "i love you" numerous times a day on the phone, brought me flowers, etc, then over a few days just hated me and left.
The original question, is she okay? No, she's not. And neither is my x. But they have to work it out for themselves.
They are concentrating on themselves now. And we need (HAVE!) to do the same, even if we still love them because we can't change how they feel, what they want, or what they are going through.
In time, it all comes out in the wash. It's the waiting that kills you. So you have to put yourself first at this time.
As for her jealousy over females and FB. those that accuse, and act as they do towards you, are because of what they do. So that gives adage to an old say, :those that accuse are the ones that do."
