I have been with my husband 30 years and we have been through a lot. He has been verbally and mentally abusive for the last 3-4 years. 6 months ago I couldn't take it anymore so I told him to leave. We continued to talk and see each other with the idea we would work on our marriage. Last week I found out he had been seeing my best friend of 35 years for a couple of months and that they had been chatting before we separated and while I was talking to her in confidence. She used what I told her to her advantage to bait him and lure him in. Even though it had been hard the last several years I had real hopes we could work it out and get back together. After 30 years I wasn't ready to give up. I didn't know he had already moved on. Now he says he is in love and wants to rush the divorce so he can move on with her. She was in our wedding, our kids are 4 months apart, and she lives up the street. This has not only broken my heart but crushed my soul. The pain is unimagineable. I confided in her about everything. Now I don't have my friend or my husband and I don't have anyone to help me through this. I really don't know how to do this.

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
Many Blessing to you
Are there activities in your community that you can get involved in to help you cope with the loneliness? I found the local Meetup groups & even social media to be very helpful Volunteer work is great for the soul and the community as well. When you get a chance this could be something to check out.
Hugs....I know the struggle is real in all areas of life.
I had to find a reason to keep moving forward with my life after my divorce. A divorce I filed for. A 33 year marriage I thought was good but was horribly wrong after I found all the things the ex kept hidden from me. For me anger was a great motivator to make a better life for myself. Mine was a 33 year marriage by the time the divorce was final.
You will find your way and make a better life for yourself. Most of what I do is on willpower and determination. See if that might work for you
