I remember when I was just beginning the divorce process and I could think of nothing but what I was going through - you should talk with someone at work so they know what is going on. I made the mistake of not telling anyone (because I'm super woman) and there were some misunderstandings.

I know exactly what your going through here. I was horrible at work for almost 2 months. The best thing I did was I talked with my boss and let her know what was going on. It was a really good move, she was and has always been so supportive.

Your a strong person and you will get through this and it will pass, I promise. But change is never easy and without change we can never become the people we are destine to become.
