This may seem like it's off topic, but it makes me feel better, so I guess that's what a support group is all about. My favorite comfort food is tacos. What's a comfort food anyway? I just know I like me some tacos...
I know Pizza Kings are primarily in the Midwest. I can tell you if Cassano's is a quality eatery . . . they most likely are not related to the Pizza King I know! The pizza I grew up with has a thick tomato paste for the sauce though and the pepperoni is all chopped up, not round. They are awesome.
The one I thinking of and grew up on originated in Dayton Ohio. but the pepperoni I have seen is round....but the sauce is thick and the pie is the best.....the "chunky" pepperoni may be a local thing.....
