I woke up this morning and it was 55 degrees in my house. I broke down and turned the heat on for a while but it still hasn't warmed up yet. I can't believe how fast it got cold. Last week it is in the 80s with lows in the upper 50s to lower 60s. Not it is frigid at night and it is getting down into the lower 40s to upper 30s already. Crap...I miss summer already. Going to have to winterize the boat soon.

I don't mind cold weather and winter in general - as long as I can stay inside where it's warm! :-)
Plus so starts skiing and hockey and all those lovely winter sports!!! I do wish that winter wasn't so long though... I'm done with it by about March... but here in Calgary it goes usually until late April early May... :(
I love the hot too... I guess I'm a true Canadian then... I can handle both winter and summer quite nicely! :)
Sounds like I am on my own on that one. Everything I do involves water so I don't know if I can transition to this frozen water stuff. Sounds too cold to me. I can surf, sail, and all kinds of stuff like that, but not sure how I will ski. I wouldn't mind trying snowboarding either but we shall see. SOunds like a good way to hurt myself, really.
I am just going to tell her that is she ever wants me to go and try it she has help me a little before making me look really dumb...see where that gets me.
