Sorry long post..... but thanks for taking your time to read this!
thjs is like the 4thtime he breaks up with me and this is for real... he always breaks up for the same reason. He says he needs someone who's at his same level, someone who's working towards growing and improving in life and someone who's independent and responsible. I am different from him cuz he's 23 and I'm 19 and he pays the rent for his family (he does get some help) but he pays for most things. He's independent and responsible and I guess he needs someone like him. Also he says I'm slowing him down...
he used to reply to my texts after we would break up but now he stopped replying back and tbh I've been calling him so many times and texted him but he just doesn't want to reply. I probably seemed desperate to him.... but this is hurting so much and I need to hear his voice.... I miss him already and it's hard to not talk to him....

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
1) Stop contacting him ALL together, he'll be back, they always do.
2) He might be seeing a few others women and the reason he is acting out, is because he thinks he's got you as a back up or booty call.
3) You need to either go away to college or take up a trade and start planning a beautiful future. There are wayyyyyy better men out here. Its hard to hear now but take a chance on yourself and listen this onetime.
4) keep a gratitude Journal of all your dreams. Write 10 things down that you are grateful for happening in your life, even if it's something that you want to happen in the future, everyday as if its ALREADY had. For example " I am so happy and deeply grateful that I graduated from college and am now making a great salary". " I am so happy and deeply grateful that I met an amazing man and I'm now married and expecting our first child". For atleast 30 days. Tell yourself you love yourself a hundred times a day for 30 days. YouTube Kelly Howell Universal Mind 1 and 2 and meditate to that for 30 days.
Your life will take a total shift and you will be very happy! It works!
He will be back, but don't wait around for it. Or energetically he will know. Hopefully you will take my previous advice or you will watse lots of valuable time.
