So there's a big County Fair that STBX and I have gone to every year. This year is the first year I went without him. I went with some coworkers. One of which is new, known her about 4 months now and she has gone through a recent breakup too. I think we're becoming friends but tonight she drank too much and I offered to drive her home, she declined and called another friend to come get her.
She said it's because her house is messy and she doesn't want me to see it that way and the other friend is like family because she's known her so long and she doesn't mind family seeing it dirty. I understand it I guess but it makes me sad and reminds me that I don't have any close friends. Also, when I got home I saw him sitting in his car in the driveway and now I can't stop crying.
