Well here goes nothing, off to court this morning I don't think X is going to show up, which means another postponement. Wish me luck!!!

Well Case got continued until 1/14/08 Judge was not happy with X not providing anything that was required. How stupid can my X be each time we go to court he has to pay for as it is he that is contempt, even judge told him that today..wELL UNTIL ANOTHER DAY. at least I can let this go until then..
So off I go to partake in some refreshing alcholic beverages.. Anyone one top join me?
