I swear,it never ceases to amaze me the things our X's do. My lastest tale.

X was ordered to keep my son and I in house until he graduates from high school 2011. Well, as you can guess thats not happening. He decided that he was not going to make house pymts, tells me that the home is being foreclosed on Sale date set for June 24, 2009. So, I went to my attorney, who says that there is not much that can be done about house. But X will now have to pay spousal support which doesn't cover my new rent.

So, I had to move out of house, which my X immediatley moved into. I'm like what the F--K
He now is living there not paying the mtg just squatting, him and his kegerator and poker table and 6ft TV all the important things in life..

It's like pulling teeth to get my spousal support out of him as he now says he is out of work, which is a crock of shit. He golfs every other day eats out, nothing in his life has changed. I'm struggling to keep my place and pay my bills.

I'm sure many of you can feel my anger and frustration. I just can't and don't understand how and why people make promises and creates situation that screw up peoples lives.

I thought I would add this little note, I was going from a 4 bdrm to a small 2 bedroom. So I was having a BIG GARAGE SALE. Oh, of course my X showed up, the day before, I told him if he wanted any thing to take it. Well he didn't want much, but proceeded to drink all day and by 8:00 that night he was falling down drunk literally, I mean he broke a stand up fan and pulled pictures off the wall. when I got back from dinner him and 1 of his buddies had passed out on the floor 1 in the bedroom the other in the hallway. The next day I told him THANKS for reminding me why I had left him..
