So after months of avoiding Facebook's news feed, I go on it to see my friends at my exes wedding. All those feelings came back. Needless to say all the good things I was feeling went out the window.

I feel like I have nothing to offer people. Especially after what he said, and even some of my family members; aparently I am unlovable.

Needless to say, I have sent him a text saying I am starting legal proceedings. He started to pay me back, and then stopped.

I thought after a year I wouldnt care. But all I can feel is this empty pit inside, and the feeling that I am going to puke.

I want a hug so badly, but have no one in this stupid town.

I'm sorry you're hurting, Blixxa. I know it seems so unfair. Just think, one day you'll look back on this as something you endured, even though you're hurting at present. Take heart, my friend. {{{{{{HUGS}}}}}

I hate facebook for just this very reason. The bad feelings outweigh the benefits of being on it because of all of the inter-connection between peope.

I shut my FB down and doubt if I will ever use it again.

i'm so sorry i know i would be devasted..i also think facebook sucks when it comes to trying to heal..my ex will have no contact with me and when he did all he could do is quote my facebook posts...why is he watching my facebook if i;m nothing to him..sorry back to you..i would love to hug you i need a hug every day but i'm scared i'll break into tears if someone holds me..feeling your pain..

First things first - no more facebook. I think facebook is great in some ways but a waste of time in a lot of other ways. I have been through several really bad breakups. Its funny how psychologically damaging the things they say to us are. The ex before my most recent ex really had me believing I was a bad person, unworthy of being in a good relationship with a real man. I listened to that crap for 10 years so it was pounded into my head. It took me a while to realize I'm a good person. come to find out he had gotten someone pregnant while we were still living together. Please try very hard not to listen to the crap that he says. You are a beautiful person with tons to offer and loveable and worthy! I'd give you a great big bear hug if you were here. Try taking care of you more - go out, join a gym, go out with girls from work, etc. My daughter said to me this past weekend that she's happy I'm going out more. It helps. I've also been going to a therapist since the spring and that helps as well. There will come a day that you will look back on this and think really?? I was so upset over this guy? It sucks right now but this is not permanent. I promise!
