Once again we will be meeting with the mediator tomorrow. I am hoping this will be the last time I have to go and sit with him about what we are negotiating. I pretty much feel we can do everything that has to be said tomorrow. I faxed the child support papers to the mediator and told her what we have both agreed on so it should be a matter of just getting it on paper. I do think that there just might be two things he might not go for and that is the additional money that is in our support agreement for the kids medical payments he has to pay 64% of unreimbursed payments. I think he thinks he is already paying that by giving me additional money, that the judge did not enforce. My daughter has monthly prescriptions and doctors and what he gives me additional does not cover it, but I am willing to not make to much of a case about it, but I do want it acknowledged and put in the divorce papers. Also he still has not looked into what he needs to regarding his pension. I really don't want to have to sit with him tomorrow it always bothers me so I am really hoping this goes smoothly and fast I just want to get this over with.

Oh, what kind of pension is it?
Lovethislife- It really is not going well with the mediator it was my best choice since I could not afford a lawyer, but it is hard to get my stbx to do anything I have done all the work. With a mediator the couple really has to do everything, and the fact that he does nothing makes it very hard. The pension I am talking about is his what he will get when he retires. Since we were married more then 10 years I should get half from the time of the marriage till we are divorce then I think a 1/4 of that time period till he retires. Depending on how he set it up I will get it from either until he dies or until after that. That is one thing I cannot do he has to and because he does nothing that part of the whole thing is not moving forward. If I didn't know better I would think he wants to stay married but I don't understand that since now he can text and call his women all he wants even go fly and see them in the other states they live in. Anyway sorry I digress, I will let you know how it works out if I can ever get this thing done.
