So I'm feeling a bit anxious.
If you've seen my journal posts you know that in the last while I made up with my friend and we spoke about what's been happening. She then messaged me the other day saying she had spoken to my ex's friends about his emails and the whole pintrest following thing etc and that they were furious and would tell him to stop.
For some reason this put me in a panic. I started sobbing.
Now for some reason I am afraid to see my email. I have no idea what to expect.
Once again I'm in this place of unease. Afraid of never having anything to do with the guy I loved for so long. But not wanting to be his "friend with no emotional baggage"
I feel pathetic for still feeling this way. My friend said it is up to me not to feel that way. So the fact I still do feels bad.
I wish I could just stop.

I don't know. As always everyone is deciding what's best for me. He did it when he didn't talk then buggered off. They're doing it by telling him not to talk to me. That I need to move on.
There are so many times I have wanted to email again. For one reason or another. But I haven't. Have made myself stay quiet.
That I appreciate her concern but he'll probably be right as rain when he returns home. Then he will go back to his normal self while I get on with my work. I can deal with this myself if need be. And for the moment it doesn't.
I'm also glad you told your friend so you set that boundary with her. It is up to you what you want to do and how you handle your past relationships and your life. Nice going!!!! YOU GO GIRL!!!!
Unfortunately I still don't know how to deal with this.
