I dont know what it is with me the past few days. I honestly thought that these feelings shouldn't have come about now, they should have been there at the begining. I know its only been 4 months, but the past few days I have been so angry and bitter. I dont know his new gf (nor do I ever want to) but I just hate her. I call her a skank, whore, you name it. I know its not her fault, but I hate her. I am so full of hate and bitterness that I'm surprised plants dont wilt infront of me. I just want to punch everything and everyone. When I see people that are happy, it just makes me more angry.
I know I should let it go, but I am so angry that after a week of us being broken up he found some one new, and now they are living together. I dont care if he didnt want to hurt me. He did. Its like he shattered my soul, and I'm mad and dont care about anything in my life anymore. I dont want to be like this, but dont know how to get over it.
I'm so glad I dont need to be anywhere this weekend. I'm just a wreck. Ive never felt this way and dont know what to do!

I remember when my stbx had his affair way back in 2001.....I absolutely HATED her. I never thought I could hate someone that much. But really....how stupid was that? I hated her, but I wasn't hating on him? The person who I depended on, who I trusted, who had my loyalty yet decieved and betrayed me.
I think we hate HER because its easier to blame her. She represents everythign that is wrong in our life.
Now, after all these years, I don't hate her....but I am still disgusted by her. She knew he was married and went after him anyways. There simply is no excuse for that.
All I can tell you is to allow yourself to hate her but don't let it consume you. She isn't worth it.
