If traditional therapy does not work for you, I would suggest taking a kitchen chair and throwing it through your bay window (or any window for that matter).

It\'s not that therapy isn\'t working...it\'s the judicial system that\'s screwed up....

My alternative to therapy.....beer and a pic of the ex on a dart board......with really REALLY sharp darts. That or a bowling ball with the pins dressed up as the OW!

i need new dishes...cups and mugs basically anything i could smash against a wall...that would be stellar!!! As long as someone else cleaned up the aftermath!

Why ruin a perfectly good chair?

And do you know how much bay windows cost to replace?

You could get almost 2 divorces for that amount.

I couldn\'t afford to replace any of it, so I hold back..Build a pond, it worked for me tonight, and I didn\'t throw the rocks at anything, but where they should be going...I have gotten a knife and sliced up the wall, but covered it well, got some paint, sliced some more, added a few things, bam, I\'m quite the artist.

He still has not taken all his stuff out burning it would be good therapy. But then again I need some thing to break so maybe that wouldn\'t work.
