Familyguy, I appreciate you spilling out your guts and being verbose which is awesome!! I get what you are trying to say in that it's ok for people to enjoy sex as long as they treat others with respect. I got that there is a fine line to be drawn between a man who looks at porn and chooses to let it negatively effect their relationships and a guy who views porn, expects that in reality and can't separate it from their relationships. Then ends up treating their woman like s***. Yet porn still does impact the brain chemistry and leads to mood disorders and/aggression. No doubt about it. There are scientific tests proving that it messes with the dopamine receptors in an unhealthy way to where a person becomes dependent on it to get the same high or an even greater high than before. You'll have to look it up. The science behind it is too complicated to explain now lol.
The thing that bothers me is when it becomes the driving influence behind our modern intimacy. I've heard from so many people/couple's that say they can't get off without porn. Who've totally disconnected from their partners and depend on machine and picture for stimulation. It's desensitized us. Like we can't connect with our partners anymore one on one. That's where true bonding begins and lasts. That's what kind of a relationship I want and I agree with Euphoria_Gnome that's the very reason I don't want to date someone who looks at porn. It's just not needed. There are so many things wrong with it.
