I wrote a journal entry today on acceptance that is way too long to post here, but if you want to read it feel free.
I hope my jouranal can help some of you get past the anger and hurt and move into the acceptance stage as I have. I hope that you can get some strength and courage from this jouranal and see hope and light at the end of your tunnel.
Six months ago I couldn't have written this journal, but today I can and I did.
It's been a long road, but I've come so far and I'm ready to move forward.
I hope my journal helps you to start moving forward too.
Let me know if it helps you at all.

Good for you Chrissy. I'm also starting myself to accept what is happening. My divorce will be final within a few months. Acceptance is very hard, but only with acceptance will I find true happiness.

I think I avoided anger and I should face it one day...recently, I accepted it...he even asked me when my anger comes, to let him know so he can run for cover!

ZXJ - I too missed the anger stage. I never did get angry about any of this. I think it's because I truly saw my part in the breakup and how could I just be angry at him for leaving. There were many times I thought to leave myself but because I loved him more than he loved me, I would have never done that. Still, after all is said and done, I never saw this coming. It's been a long road but I'm going to make it. I hope you are doing ok today and I hope tomorrow makes you stronger. Hugs to you.

That's great you're there--congrats!!! I, too, have gotten to that stage and would add "forgiveness." It doesn't mean I condone my stbx's behavior but I decided to let go of my anger and focus on me and my kids than to waste anymore time expending energy (negative energy) on him. Ick--done. I feel soooooo much better and agree that it's allowed me to move forward in a positive direction. There is light at the end of the tunnel. All the best to you in your journey forward!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
