Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.

Hang in there!! I know that doesn't change anything. Keep reciting the serenity prayer:
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
Courage to change the things I can;
And the wisdom to know the difference.
Whatever you do make sure that you are doing what is in the best interest of your children because right now they are caught in the crossfire and don’t want them to become a casualty of war. Someone mentioned the praying the serenity prayer. I would encourage you to pray and turn to God. Praying will change your focus and life the stress and worry. It will also bring peace that you will then get the wisdom you need in how to move forward concerning your ex and your children. As long as you allow stress and worry to overtake you, you will feel helpless and overwhelmed.
