Yes I do believe it exists.
However the number of years vary.
Life works in cycles (apparently). Mine for example works on a 9 year cycle.
When you feel the "itch" its a desire for change. Time to do something different. Time to shift focus. Time to change your life.
Time to switch paths. Time to focus on yourself rather than on others.
That's my humble opinion anyway.
