Alright. Is it bad that I have been up for 36 hours without sleeping yet? I tried to go to sleep this morning when I got off of work but I couldn't get to sleep because I was so jacked up on adrenaline after chasing that person for a mile last night on foot. I am use to being up this time of night so this is normal for me and I am not tired. Is this bad?

Ha ha ha...I was a bit worried when I had the autohelm on today and it was calmer. I almost fell asleep. I am hard at anchor now so I will crash soon. I hope!

Btw...I heard wine is good....what about 10 beers...will that help?
