We were together for 20 years off and on.There were two times durring that 20 years we broke up. He would not commit was one, the other was he was being a jerk to my son so I asked him to find a residence else ware but did not break up with him till he got reallymean about it. After my son left for college we got back together. The last six years have gone well. We had a good routine. He is building a house and said when the house was built, we would get married. Late December I had surgery and hurt my back. He was a real jerk about taking care of me. After about a month of not taking care of me well, he decided I was to much burdon for him and left. I'm struggling now with feeling like I was never good enough to mary and the pain of being abandoned when I was unable to fend for myself. I really thought we had gotton over the hurdels, and then I found out why he doesn't commit. So he can walk away if things get tough and not even think about it. I let him live with me many years. He said if I could pay all the bills so he could get his house built then when we moved into that house we could do it together. He owes me alot of rent and bills since he never gave his end of the deal, but when he walked away he said no tit for tat, were square....Wow, what a scumm bag. Just on every level, what a scumm bagg.

God placed her in my path to stop me. I have been drug and alcohol free now for 53...

My husband and I got our foster license last month, after 3 years of hard work (we had to start over multiple times due to family dramas and Mom's open heart surgery). We spent a year preparing the whole house, guest rooms, and children's bathroom for older kids of 7 yr old and up. Then we got a call that we have been approved to receive twin newborn premies. What, what?!! Babies!? Premies?!...
