Two years after I am still working on it....but I know I will get there
I do have my family and friends. I just don't like talking to them about the same thing over and over again. I know what I need to do, is just hard to do it and I don't like hearing it again from my friends "get over it" "you deserve better" "move on" "find somebody else" - is easier said than done.
I do keep myself busy but once in a while my mind just wanders to that empty space.
Best of Luck to you......
A professional therapist will listen to you repeat the same feelings over and over - and help you make sense of them.
This site is helpful too. I've found it helpful to know others are going through the same thing.
Be patient with yourself. Let yourself grieve. You can do it.
