Traumatic brain injury occurs when a sudden trauma causes brain damage. TBI can result from a closed head injury or a penetrating head injury. Symptoms of a TBI can be mild, moderate, or severe, depending on the extent of the damage to the brain. Outcome can be anything from complete recovery to permanent disability or death. A coma can also affect a child's brain.
These things are nuisances for me, I hope they do not affect you too much but i can certainly see that if they are more exaggerated for some people, it must really be a problem.
I'm currently undergoing treatment for this. It involves wearing some ear pieces designed for this condition. I'm happy to say that I've had improvement in my condition. The total therapy is supposed to take approx 18 months.

My vision was really effected. Bright lights are too much, and the double vision can make me sick on my stomache.
The phone ringing is a killer for me . I hate it .
any high pitched sound does similar .
I sleep with ear plugs as any sound seems to wake me .
As for music i gave up trying .
now and then i will listen to a radio tune low down , but for me its Pink Floyd or relaxation music or nothing .
Nothing most times.
Also when im in public places and theres a few different pitches seems to annoy me alot .
