Yes, the legal process is often incredibly unfair for those of us who have been a victim of someone else's violence (and a car crash is a violent crime.)
I have given you the reference for your local BI org, which I think might be one place to start.
But if not, I will try to help you personally try to put together your own rehab for the writing.
It makes me annoyed on your behalf that these Docs are not helping you.
And, all of my Docs know about this writing issue, so I don't understand why your Docs seem clueless about it. Perhaps you might need to have an out of state consult. Would cost money so I don't know if that's wise to do.
I don't know at this point if you're more seeking an expert opinion for trial to take care of the medical bills or you need a Doc for actual treatment. Those are two different things, so maybe you can share which is the critical piece right now.

So unfair how it costs like crazy for help and insurance companies dislike loosing a bit of profit.it makes them richer if you dont get it.

A few practical remedies I can think of that may help while this gets sorted out are...
-Do you have autocorrect on? It might start to pick up on patterns if the letters are displaced in a consistent manner and change them automatically. Would seeing the squiggly red line underneath help alert that it is misspelled even if your brain sees it correctly?
-Someone mentioned dictation software, I believe? That might help too.
I know these are time-consuming to use. I hope they can address this. It is unacceptable that they are leaving you hanging like this, but I have rapidly lost a lot of faith in the medical community these past few months. It seems they want a quick fix, or you have to be extremely persistent and creative in getting their attention. And with brain injuries, this is precisely where we struggle.
Also, I don't know what use this could be to you, but I've noticed there are no sequencing issues with any 2 letter words. Maybe that can give the doctors some insight as to what is happening? Like, it might have to do with the number of letters?
