been there so many times. i think after our tbi we just "feel different". things that were important to us, many times, are no more. we are trying desperately to be "normal" again. we are like "cinerella" trying on the glass slipper...we want to say "Ahhhh now that fits just right"
like it or not our life and even our soul is not the same as before. we have been through a life changing accident. and that is exactly what it is "life changing". right now you have a ton of stuff on your plate. i think you are managing perfectly. i know it's hard to give your things away or sell them...because those things are part of you. BUT they are just PART...that's it...PART. you are a very strong and precious woman. you are smart and your writing wonderfully. i enjoy reading your post even when i have nothing to compare them with in my struggle. so meeps, baby...you hold that pretty head of yours up high. put a spring in your step...sometimes we have to fake it till we make it...or atleast i do.
so i am sending you a big old country hug...
may this bring you peace and rest this afternoon...know that you are cared for and loved.

I was bored stiff!!! Nothing changed I did the same things day in and day out....like a robot already programed. I felt like I existed...I didn't live and I wasn't alive.
What did I do??? Spice it up a notch...add some new things, change the games.
Go for a walk...and look at things...try to remember what you just saw...it's a simple game but...different. Exciting...you're getting some fresh air..it will help get the blood pumping again....at least it did for me.
But sporty I think your right, a few others said the same thing to me, about getting out, I think when the warm weather gets here I'll feel better, I think being cooped up in the house isn't doing me much good either. And change is good, maybe your right, maybe I'm just outright bored at what I'm doing, working at the same stuff for almost 4 months straight gets to be blah. A little excitement always does a body good :)
Good Luck!
