Thanks for your reply. It's da slep sple lol spelling and da typing, I am thinking. Not just sle spelling. Good for you-went to school in a corn field. Being from So. Ill, i remember corn fields and harvest time.

" Welcome to the group. I attained my brain injury from a brain surgery that whent wrong back in 2002. Mys pelling is off also but I don't necessarily notice it. My failmily told me that my spelling was off. That is a rather new occurence for me. I souffer with jmemory loss and not recognixzing my friends if I am out and about or forgetting their names. It is very embarassing for me and yes people don't seem to understand what I am going through, but I believe that there haas to be ways to function for the most part. I somehow manage to fix dinners for my family and I really struggle with the bill paaying. I am guilty of bousncing checks because of having problems with balancing the account. My husband gets veryy frustrated with me at times and doesn't seem to junderstand that I need him to take the lead with that. Even with my problems he believes that it is better for me to get in the front, yet he gets frustrated with me when I falter. Still I try to haave a positive attitude and feel good for the things that I CAN do. Once again, welcome to the group. "

Sorry about your brain surgery complications. I kinda like yr spelling, tho. It has an old english twist to it. I hear ya on the same issues: I'm right there wit ya.
Memory loos, not recognizing ppl and forgetting names. Yes the money is a problem, isn't it? I'm suppsoed to be a bookkeepr, but that's not working out so well.
May I suggest a simple version of Quickbooks? It will keep track of your $ and even print checks for ya. Just an idea to quell the husband.

" Sorry this happened to you, but welcome here. Were all walking the same mountain path. The invisible to most problem, but we understand only to well. And dont worry about typos or spelling, we all have this problem in degrees. Since what they now say was a stroke on top of everything else, I cant read my own witting, and very hard to write the letters, even my own name, so decided to go back to writing letters for practice to friends who know. Remember when we used to get a letter in the mail box? How we enjoyed that? Buy just get some nice note cards so will be short but pretty, and easier for me. And wont have a spell check!!! "

Thank you for the welcome! I am sorry to hear about your stroke besidesother issues.
Theat is a good idea to practise penmanship. I do remember the lil' cards in da mailbox. I bet we all enjoy those. Just a couple sentances is good and a nice hallo to folks.
