Seems like it's infinitely harder to meet women than men (I'm a woman). I'm new to realizing I'm bisexual, so I'm looking for advice on this! lol. Some areas near where I live in have a lot of homosexuality/bisexuality, but it's not like it's a big city so it's not like there's a ton of distinctive meet-up places. I just mean in general, with guys, it's like a given (usually!) that you can flirt or whatever. Just like any guy you run into in any situation! And of course at bars and stuff, it's a given (in general!) guys will be interested in you. Don't know how to handle feeling out whether a girl is interested, lol. I don't even know if I know how to flirt with a girl, or if I would recognize if she's flirting with me, or even if I come across as flirty (if I feel interested)--that's an awkward place, cause if they're straight (which they so often are), you could easily freak them out and/or have lost a potential friend! Even dating sites, like the one I'm on, the amount of girls interested in girls is like 10% max that of the guys interested in girls (!). So even in a pretty liberal area..seems hard. Plus I don't know what I'm doing (whereas with guys, I totally know what I'm doing/what's happening--well more-or-less, lol. I did grow up really religious and have only recently started going out, so I guess I don't always read guys too well, but compared to girls, like I at least get it in general! lol. Any input/advice/similar experiences/etc. much welcome!! :)
