Bisexuality Support Group
Bisexuality is a sexual orientation which refers to the aesthetic, romantic, and/or sexual attraction of individuals to other individuals of both their own and the opposite gender or sex. Most bisexuals are not equally attracted to men and women, and may even shift between states of finding either sex exclusively attractive over the course of time.
It occurred to me last year after several years of thinking it was mere curiosity. Now, I think I am ready to embrace it. I have no idea how to go about dating woman or even how to talk to a woman about dating. (It's hard enough talking to men about it). I was wondering if anyone has some encouragement for me. I am glad these types of sites exist. It can make a scary thing seem a lot less scary.
I think for me going out to queer spaces and just being there helped. You watch people interact, and people will come talk to you. Grab a wingman or wingwoman, and go check out a girl's night at a gay club or go to a bar or a queer poetry reading or some kind of Meetup event. It will really help you find the way that you navigate this new part of yourself.
