Bisexuality Support Group
Bisexuality is a sexual orientation which refers to the aesthetic, romantic, and/or sexual attraction of individuals to other individuals of both their own and the opposite gender or sex. Most bisexuals are not equally attracted to men and women, and may even shift between states of finding either sex exclusively attractive over the course of time.
I watched 2 of my cousins come out and I seen how quickly my family turned on them. They were treated so horribly, one of them got married and nobody in my family showed up except for me.
Ive watched my aunt tell my cousin that she is going to hell for being herself.
I find it hard to believe that god would turn you away for being just as he made you. I want to believe in a just and loving god who will accept me for all I am including my "SINS"
I know that I can never tell my family but what I find funny is how they pass judgment on us as if they have the right "let he who is without sin cast the first stone.." GOD is the only one who can judge you.
Honestly..Being bi in my eyes is NOTHING to be ashamed of...There are worse things in life than being BI or GAY...
For instance, your not murdering or raping or hurting ANYONE.
Chin up buttercup :D
People are incapable of controlling the things other people say. All you can do is be prepared to deal with negative statements if any are directed at you. Unfortunately we live in a world where some think it's wrong or unnatural for people to have non-heterosexual feelings.
If you want a girlfriend, then go out and get one. To hell with what other people think because what they think isn't more important than your happiness and wellbeing.
Sometimes, you just have to worry about yourself and what will make you happy. I can't imagine that a god (whom I'm assuming you believe to be good and loving) would want anything other than happiness for you.
And you shouldn't let anyone else tell you what should make you happy. Just be you :) Hope that helps.
All I know is I am a princess
I am a beautiful princess
All I know is God loves me
Died for me
Saved me
I am His daughter
His beautiful princess
All I know is I am a Christian
All I know is I have survived more in 25 years
Than most will have to handle in a lifetime
All I know is God has given me the grace
To deal with it all
And Hes able to make ashes into jewels
All I know is Im trying to heal
All I know is since 6th grade
Guys and girls both made me daydream
All I know is I cant hide this anymore
Nor do I want to
All I know is Im bisexual
And thats okay
Im still Gods princess
He loves me anyway.

I was ridiculed in the 6th grade when of those girls told people I had asked her to be my first kiss after a night of mutual fun (which was preposterous because I had kissed girls before her!) I lost most of my friends over that rumor and quickly realized how difficult a life of public pursuit of affection could be.
I was also raised in a Christian home in the south. Luckily, my parents are very open minded followers of God who believe in the sanctity of love regardless of the form it takes. It was only this week that I broke down in tears on the phone with my mom and told her that I have come to accept that I am bisexual and always have been. I attended a church on Sunday that left me deeply wounded for their bold statements about the sinful nature of homosexuality. Imagine how much more confusing it is as a bisexual individual!
I only know one other bi person, and my boyfriend is pretty accepting of me but weary about me getting involved in LGBT communities. He is afraid he has double the competition now that I have embraced my sexuality. Please help, I need as much support as I can get.
