Hey folks, I recently came out to a few of my friends that I am bisexual: they took it really well but now I want to come out to my mum, to some of my closest family members, any idea how I might approach this task?

I'd appreciate any suggestions, ideas or advice you may have for me.

i'd love to help you... but i haven't come out either... so i'm not sure if i'd take my own advice...

but, if i were ready to come out to my family, then i'd do it one at a time. and just say it in a comfortable manner, and then accept that there will be a LOT of questions or looks, or what ever, for at least a while anyway.

well, i came out and it wasn't planned at all. you all will probably find this really funny. a few months after i figured it out a person from my school saw me talking to a girl who knew about a cirtian guy that i liked. i begged him not to tell anyone and somehow he thought that was a threat so he reported me to the school, i got suspended for a few days and the principal told my parents "parker thinks he likes both boys and girls and a boy found out and parker said if the boy told anyone he would kill them" FIRST OF ALL I DIDNT SAY ANYTHING LIKE THAT AND SECOND AF ALL DID SHE EVER CONSITER THAT I DIDNT WANT MY PARENTS TO KNOW? well, now my dod doesnt talk to me very much and my mom thinks im doing it for attention. this probably didnt help you at all but thank everyone for letting me waste your time.
