Your roughest time of day.

Hello everyone,


Mornings are toughest for me.  The facing of a new day.  Night is my best time.  My psychiatric nurse practitioner told me it was because I had made it through another day.

Night is always my worst time. My anxiety gets the best of me when I’m laying in bed trying to sleep

Mornings for sure. When I was in the service I would spend lots of mornings just laying on my bathroom floor for hours debating what was less overwhelming, brushing my teeth, showering, or shaving. Then I would realize how late I was and start an endless cycle of despair.
