I'm bored out of my mind. I can't focus enough to read a book or watch a movie. I want to get the f**k out of here, but I don't want to go anywhere.
I'm irritable as hell, the sound of laughing children can grate on my nerves (only b/c you KNOW it's gonna end up with screaming and crying soon). I'm tired of being medicated, and I don't want to do anything but be overly medicated to stop all the crap.

i'm getting dizzy from all the ups and downs.
My daughter and her hubby are about 30 miles away, right now, seeing a movie and going to dinner.
Even healthy people need a 'mental health day' now and then!
Yes...so happy the kids go back to school tomorrow.
