I hope you feel better soon..x
Sounds like you might have something going on with sciatica if you have pains shooting down your legs.....should let the doc know.
I hope you feel better soon!! ox
Sorry you're having a rough day. Hope you get to feeling better.
I hate pain too. For me, the only remedy is to keep moving. Several years ago, I tore my meniscus, had it repaired via arthroscopic surgery and was back snowmobiling in 6 weeks. A few years later, I took a scheduling job at the high school and I suddenly felt 100 years old. Sitting at a desk all day was not for me.
I have some nerve burn-out in my back and a couple of vertebrae that stick out like a dinosaur so it gives me fits from time to time. Yesterday I went to the spa for a body wrap. After I was slathered up and wrapped in Saran Wrap, I had to lay on this warm massage bed. First my nose started itching and I couldn't even bend my elbows to scratch. And then my back started hurting -- really badly. I wiggled around in my mummified state but could not find relief. Sheer agony!! (But my skin looks great.) Gotta just keep moving.
Do you do yoga? It's great for stimulating the synovial fluid to do a better job of lubrication.
Your puppy is going to absolutely adore you if you take him/her out for a walk. You'll be a hero!!!
I got put on Tramadol last month...the tylenol just wasn't working anymore.
Do you have one of those gel packs that you can heat? i love mine and it really helps.
