It's been a long winter! My ole bones just don't warm up, especially my feet!
Today is crazy sun and warm 50 degrees....single digets, 8 degrees last week with blizard!
I Made Myself get dressed, went out to my backyard...
First time outside since Monday.
My MDD is really bad.
No energy and Christmas decorations still sit to be packed up in living room.
My son will be moving soon and I'll be alone.
I dread this happening, yet I know it's best for him, and the both of us in the long run.
I worry a lot about my future and where/what I should do at almost 69.
Just after 3pm and the sun will be gone too soon...pushing myself and going for a walk around my block.

My sister, who lives in London, says it's freezing there
and so she enjoys a hot bath before bedtime every night :)
Hi Mark....wishing I could take a bb, I only have a shower...when I had my bathroom remodeled several years ago Stupid Me I had them take out the tub and do walk in shower only! UGH.
I feel for your sister, I think England and Ireland have very challenging weather most of the time wet/raining with no long summer like I have on East Coast. I went to a school in Eastbourne, England...by the sea, but very yucky weather!
I can relate to feeling alone at home. Start a new hobbie or pick up an old one and try to stay busy
Winter warming hugs to all.
It might help you some
If you're feeling low maybe a good time for baby steps and not trying to look so far ahead..... Gentle hug.... xo
