Sometimes I feel like I am watching the world pass by as though I am standing behind a glass window. Not know fi I want to break the glass and go outside or just stay safe in my little world.

I've felt that way. It's possible for us to go outside and sit on a bench or on the grass or better yet by the sea and still watch the world go by as we get some fresh air and exercise. There's no need to break the glass, that's just a "pane". Anyway, we're not always any safer in our little world than out of it. No place is better to hide than in a crowd!

Just like anything else our brains require moderation. We must socialize or our brains will turn against us.
I know its hard to mkae that first step and it can be scary but it must be done for the sake of our sanity.

Its the whole reason Im here on this site.
