iI have bi polar mania number two and it has been 30 years since I lost my temper.The date was 1955.I was 8 years old.I was being picked on again at recess and i got angry.I yelled at the girl.She in turn went to the nuns and i was called into the principals office.thatw when I heard that anger is a sin and it should be dealt inward.But isnt anger prone to violence? And this is what I have seen...when bi polar get angry...well some of them are a bit dramatic.A famous movie star is bi polar set fire to his hotel room.A lady in seattle whose boyfriend broke up with her drove his car in the swimming pool.But the case that I am lookiing at is a bi polar lady who refuses to take medication who stole `1 million dollars from her employer because of increasing hospital bills.What would anyone of us do if we needed a badly
needed operation? What alternatives do we bi polars have? Now the movie stars have these fund raisers..but I aint that fortunate.I am not sick..I just am resting today because of the hot weather.I have waited all year but I cant walk in that hot sun.I threw up from the heat and need to go where the place is cool.But this subject bothers me..where do we turn to? Please dont tell me
if I really get sick to go to the state of Washington.The state of Washington is
being overwhelmed with people who cant pay the hosptial bills.No wonder why people all over are angry.So the next time you hear of someone who has done some thing out of the ordinary like the above..try to be in this persons shoes.I still havent lost my temper I am too afraid.But I do other
things like I write and call and tell people.What would any of you do? Can
you all get back to me on this? If anyone of you got really angry..how do you

As far as where to live if you are ill and incapable of taking care of yourself, I think you are putting the cart before the horse. What exactly are your needs? What type of income do you have? Have you gone to social services to see what benefits you qualify for? Do you have a case worker? These are all questions you need to answer, and rely on your doctor and other community workers to help you find those resources.

l'm on a milder med now so could feel rage again l have a moronic neighbour who does test my last nerve from time to time so l vent here or to my partner its the only way or l'd explode and then it could get scary.
It doesn't have to be ugly. It is just excess energy that needs to come out.
