... The pharmacist assistant who says they need to verify the prescription of a class IV drug with the doctors office after they have already waited 2 days to get the drug in... or the Nurse for the doctor that says she cant tell the pharmacy the script is for 30 pills per month when the doctor forgot to write it on the script.
... or just the patient who thought the medicaid system would work for the aid of a mood disorder patient?
It really pisses me off when the medical profession gets on a power trip and tries to make up the rules as they go along. It was just a simple script and had to wait 5 days for them to get on the same page.

My last doctor couldn't figure out that a 30 day supply of meds does not last on the months with 31 days.
Yesterday, my current doctor was starting with the same thing. WTH? Do you want me to skip my meds on the 31st? Do you remember why I fired my last doctor? Well, he laughed on that one and wrote the script. Made me like him a little better.
To answer your question.....the pharmacy was dumber. If they didn't have the meds in, I'm sure another one would. Next, I don't deal with the assistants (asses) when it comes to my meds.
Sorry you are having this issue. You HAVE to be your own advocate. Nobody else will do it.
