3 pdocs and my therapist...i didnt believe the first two but they say three a charm. hmmm dont know about that one

Well, I didn't agree w/diagnosis at first, then had insurance issue w/first psych. Insurance is the main reason for 2 psychs.

knew somethin serious was up when my tdoc at the time, listened to me then told me she couldnt help me.

so i went to a pdoc, and was dx by him. then when i was hospitalized a couple other pdocs that saw me, agreed with my pdocs dx.

as i'm accepting my pulitzer prize..."i'd like to thank my team of doctors..."

1st was my primary care doc, then my neurologist, then pdoc. point being get as many "opinions" as you can so you can get the best treatment

I was diagnosed by the staff psych the first time I was in hospital. There wasn't any dispute over the diagnosis and no need for further opinions. Hell, I've got opinions!

I was picked up by 5 police.One was a lovely sexy African woman.She calmed me.I refused to be taken.
Ended up at my flat spouting prophesy shit while lighting candles.Police and friends arrived.I broke up inside.
They were gonna force me.I went with them in the end.
Stayed at the hospital My introduction to physical as well as mental hell,syringed seizures, racist beatings as well as some guy who played a one stringed guitar.Great...TWANG.haha.

Was diagnosed a long time after.About a year.
They fed me allsorts of pills.I was way beyond the blue.
It has to break for it to heal again.

A psych and my nurse (GREAT GUY)explained warily that I was Manic Depressive....but it took a long time cos they thought I was Schizo-Affective.
Difference being...voices,hallucinations, psychoses etc (The Twilight Zone good stuff)
