I don't remember ever having a pic taken on the ward(s). Of course the last time I was hospitalized was in 1979 (yay lithium).

4-5 times I think .. over a span of 6 years ..

2 times was because how the medication was effecting me..

so really 3 times I guess.

Yes, I remeber one, from one admission. I accidentally saw the photo as my file flipped open when I was meeting with a clincian during the stay. I was horrified, I looked like some CREATURE, I was so sick when I was admitted. The person realised it was their bad and quickly flipped the file closed.

I been in the hospital only once an I guess it's for the med's an also to id the patients every time they check on you. They even have a log book with our pictures and they used it to see is your going to therapy or things like that.
The thing is that it really feel awkward to have someone with your picture; by the way a really bad one- every time.
