I wish you were able to talk to SOMEONE. Someone who wouldn't judge, someone you can trust. There's no one like that? I haven't been able to tell my counselor a few things, too, for fear of being put in the hospital or something of that nature. Is that kinda what's going on? Just curious. I hope you get it all sorted.

theres oen person that i actually know in person that knows a little about it, but not much... im to scared to tell anyone. and yes i worry about being put in hospital or something along that line. i dont know. i cant even talkt o my boyfriend about it cause im scared itll scare him away.

I know how you feel all too well... I just had a major depression episode and tried to end it... It has been years since I have been on this sight but it does help... Vent your feelings keep a journal and make sure you are sleeping, eating healthy, counseling, meds and exercise. It isn't an answer but it will help as much as possible... Hang in there wiht me ok girl it can only get better... You jsut have to want it too. Let your family in as much as possible I know its hard but just try you will be surprised how most of them allready knew or suspected...

yeah i dont know why im feeling the way i am. i dont think im in a down.. but i think i was in a high, an irritable high. cause of course, i only got two hours of sleep last night. and i have to baby sit today till tomorrow noon sometime,good thing the kid likes to sleep. its going to be tough when im so tired. but what can ya do. i need the money.
my parents dont know whats going on and i cant let them in on it because they dont understand. the whole bipolar thing freaks my boyfriend out, even tho hes still here and very supportive. i dont know, just cant really turn to n e one i know in person, its different online, no one knows who i am... haha.

i myself am still at the guinea pig stage and have faith that theres a key that fits soon
