But behind that glass bubble is a raw, exposed nerve. He wouldn't/couldn't be what he needed to be for you...for any woman. In the end, he hurt you. He betrayed you. He lied to you. And after you had given everything. He wasn't supposed to do that! He was supposed to be doting. Adoring, attentive, selfless, gentle...and he didn't.
It's no wonder you're hurting so much! Just cause the wound stopped bleeding doesn't mean it's healed. Healing takes a long time. Sometimes something smacks our wound and it bleeds again. But it's still going to heal. May take a little longer, but it will heal.

Sending hope and warm hugz your way!
Its ok just to feel pain , remember he must be in pain as well .
Name the feeling you are really running from and talk about it , then it gets better . Tell him about that feeling , it has a word other than pain , be specific , name it and verbalize it . Write down a list of the feelings , its not just pain it has a feeling word , find it .
Sending you some positive thoughts and a big hug :)
This too shall pass, right.
Good vibes sent your way. XX
