No nightmares, I guess it's just me. I can't stand it, that knot in my stomach as soon as I begin to wake up.....maybe fear of what the day is going to be for me. I just wish I could wake up whistling Dixie or anything other then what I do.
I know I sometimes think Oh My God What am I supposed to do now when I first wake up.
I totally get it
Sure, during times of high anxiety and emotional stress I will have heavy feelings of dread, helplessness, despair when I wake. It feels like I was able to escape this life, body, existence for a while during sleep and I don't want to come back. More specifically, I hate coming back. There are two things that help it go away, medication and/or life changes.
