This is a new post on an older thread. My question is when does a situation become a big deal. I hate when I'm told something is no big deal. It leads to the question of in who's opinion. I feel if I brought it to your attention and did not add "but its no big deal" then for me it is a big deal. I don't think hearing it's no big deal puts anything in perspective for me except to tell me that person does not feel the way I do. And since I'm the one with the "problem" doesn't that mean the other person should consider a compromise?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
