Depends on my mood. I'd say right now its "Hairspray,": original. I like the way its theme is pro integration and the dances, songs fun.
Its a real trip, a feel good , ultra campy movie.
Besides the Limbo Rock sung by Chubby Checker was written by my dad Dave Appel so every time the film is shown on TV he gets residuals. Plus the cast Ricki Lake, Divine, John Waters, R&B great Ruth Brown, Mink Stole, Jerry Stiller, Sonny Bono, Debby Harry etc.
Close second "Rock and Roll High School.

The Shining (1980) is my favorite movie of all time and although they are not movies Californication, Dexter, The X-Files and The Sopranos are all tied for 2nd place.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
