Bipolar Disorder Support Group

This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Then after I give him a good long reconnection time. I turn on the radio set at classical music.
Tonight I had a Perrier and layed on my bed and also checked things online.
it's very comfortable and I can get lost in my mind, but tonight I want to know what you guys are doing? What to you do to come down from the day? Do you have a habit? Or does it change every day?
