Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

do any of you have racing thoughts? and like feelings of unrealness? i know i have anxiety as well, but lately the moods have been awful. and icant help but thinksome of this is spiritual. but i believe in God. my aunt scared me when she was talking about demonic possesion and stuff and i dont think im possessed but my house is really old and there are prolly spirits in it (good and bad). and i feel scared more than i should be at times about some things. like the other day i was on a date and the guy told me that he is "taking care of five different girls" i obviously am not going on another date but yeah i guess it could have been red flags going off big time plus past stuff. im not sure what to do. i just feel unsteady. have had some suicidal thoughts but im okay. hmm. and just spending a lot of money on things i dont absoltely need. i dont have a job and im in DEBT!!! help

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

1. it's ok to disagree as long as it doesn't get personal and abusive (I'm not seeing that in this thread so far).
2. Once you post a thread it can go anywhere - you can't control who replies or what they say. (unless it becomes abuse in which case it needs to be reported.)
3. If you are REALLY unhappy with what someone is saying please place them on ignore - or in the case of abuse, report the abuse and then hit ignore.
Happy discuss further either specifics or general points via PM.
thanks.
If they were ignored although you get an alert and that might contain their replies but you shouldn't see their replies when you come onto the DS website.
As I said, if you do a post then you can't control what the replies are. Sometimes members do have disagreements and unless they become abusive that's ok.
I'm assuming from the most recent exchange it's now settled.
If you want me to close this thread I can if you feel you've had all the useful answers you require. Or you can yourself delete it. Entirely up to you.
