Hey guys!! How is everyone today? What are you up to? It is a beautiful day already and I have not even looked at what it is doing outside. Just basking in the love of the board today. Hail the board!! Hail to the board!! Hail to beepers!! We are awesome!! I am not up to much. Sitting here being in pain in my back and hip. Nothing to take. I have tried to call a friend, but assume she is still in bed. Damned ole pinched nerves. Can't wait until my doctor's appointment on Thursday. Hopefully will get some relief from that. I know you guys are sick of me talking about pain and doctors. I sure get sick of hearing myself talk about it. Anywho, I Hope you all have an awesome day!! Get out and enjoy doing something. Be kind to yourself.

I have been out side crawling under the wet bushes in the dirt trying catch kittens to clean there eyes out. So now I am all wet and dirty. I am also nursing a nasty hangover.

Mornin' Zany!

Just got back from our son's 9:00 softball tournament (he's 30). I had to rush to get ready since my husband didn't wake me until 8:00 and I had 1/2 cup of coffee before we rushed to the field.

My DIL is on my shit list today so since I know that, I also know enough to keep my mouth shut (so far, lol) I don't want to lash out at someone I love just because I'm cycling.

All in all, a good day. God, it feels great to have a place to be honest about how I'm REALLY feeling so I don't have to act out. Thanks Zany

Sorry that you are on pain chelle....I know it can be a huge bummer. I have bacl spasms from hell at times. Back pain sucks! Well, any pain does, for that matter.

I got up early and hit some yard sales with my mother. Didn't find anything but it was nice to be up and out in the beautiful weather we are having. Now, I sit here in the mist of a slight seroquel hangover and, like you basking in the love of the board!! Have a good one!! ox

Hey Chelle, hope you get relief soon. I know how those pinched nerves hurt...Just got up from a nap...Had to get up early and take my daughter to soccer practice..have to do it again tomorrow uugghh. Gonna kick my son off of wii and watch shutter island. Daughter says its a good movie.

I haven't done much this morning. I started abilify Thursday and the side effects have gotten me down...been sick for two days :(

My nephew, Justin, will be having surgery Monday morning then two weeks of bed rest. I'm worried about him.

Just sitting in my living room with the kittens launching themselves at my legs...ouch. Going on a retreat next week with my mental health group so I have to get ready for that later on. We're staying in cabins somewhere on a property owned by the Catholic church in our area. Should be nice...wonder if I should bring a bathing suit...should be warm enough still to swim.

Zany I hope you get some relief from the pain. I know how it is. I have degenerative arthritis in my back recently diagnosed. I will workout 30 minutes of full on cardio more than 22 minutes the last time. Hope the extra 8 minutes will be good enough for you because right at this moment I can't take 45 minutes with Jenny right now.
