Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
This is the first I have seen him "up" this high, have not seen anything approaching this. He is taking loans, yes, and has some family money. Yep suicidal 6 months ago, but with changes in meds and counseling, and lifestyle changes, this is how he has become.
Hard assed and uncaring, and almost as if he has to make up incompatibilities, that any other person it shouldn't bother. And he accuses me too of not liking him now because he no longer needs me and is no longer laying in bed pointless for days. My complaints were his anger irritation and impatience with me over stupid things - clutter in my house, procrastination. Are these really red flag character flaws in a person? This is what he is telling me they are.
Or the fact that I don't belong to a church, and his assumption that I don't believe in something bigger than myself (what most people call God)
Oh yes and he makes me feel like I am some withered old grandma (We are at different life stages")- because I have a job and own a home. So what? Would I not be fully capable and willing to wait? Yes, I am and would. He denies mania, says even his dr does not call him that. So here I am. It sure sounds verging on it to me
